David R. Livingston

Chief Financial Officer/Director of Administration

With an extensive background in the finance industry, David oversees the finances for HealthTeamWorks and is responsible for all administrative functions.

Previously, David has held numerous executive and leadership roles in the banking industry in Denver. He joined HealthTeamWorks in January of 2011 with the goal of combining his finance background with his healthcare and philanthropic interests.  David has a diverse background  in business planning, debt structuring, and management which gives him unique insight into his new role.  David’s strong sense of industry and community keeps him actively involved. He is a board member and past Chair of The Colorado Health Foundation, and acting Treasurer for ACE Scholarship Foundation, a non-profit organization providing more choice for families in the Denver Metro area.  David serves as an at-large representative for the Committee on Governance for the American Hospital Association.  David also serves on the Advisory Board of Denver Museum of Nature and Science.

David received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Denison University in Granville, Ohio and holds numerous banking and finance certifications.
