Edward Daniels
Vice President
Ed Daniels, vice president, assists HealthTeamWorks with growth and organizational development. As a consultant, Ed has assisted many companies in start-up, development and transitional growth. In 2004 Sevin Rosen Funds recruited him to serve as CEO of RMD Networks Inc. RMD uses proprietary, standards-based technology to connect communities of physicians, their staff and patients. Before working at RMD Networks Inc., Ed was vice president of Operations and Corporate Integration at Vercuity, a privately held telecommunications company. He assisted One Equity Partners in the formation of Vercuity by rolling up five telecommunications expense-management companies, including Digital Reliance Inc.
Before Vercuity, Ed served as president and chief operating officer of SalesReps Online Inc., where he participated in the formation, operation and sales of the company to Siebel Systems. Previously, Ed served as chief operating officer of IMS Medacom Inc., a healthcare data communications company, where he assisted with the company's sale to Eli Lilly & Co. and the formation of Kinetra LLC, a joint venture between Eli Lilly and EDS. Ed also served as the CEO of Patient Care Dynamics Inc. and as president of GeriMed of America Inc.
Ed earned a master's degree in industrial engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
