Join us for a multi-day workshop to learn and develop the basic skills needed to facilitate quality improvement in your organization. HealthTeamWorks has been a leader in practice transformation for over ten years, and in this training, we are sharing best practices and effective strategies to develop the basic skills needed to facilitate quality improvement in your organization. The course is for practice or system facilitators, coaches, and practice managers who support quality improvement within a healthcare setting, in a practice or across a variety of departments, or on behalf of a practice transformation organization.
This workshop is interactive with both one-on-one and small group exercises, therefore, each workshop is limited 15 participants. Classes fill-up, so reserve your seat early!

Utilize the most common evidence based process and quality improvement tools
Use data to inform process and quality improvement opportunities, monitor progress and report outcomes
Engage your team in process and quality improvement activities to drive change
