national and global levels. He has deep understanding of population health, integrated health care delivery systems and value-based
payment models. His leadership in the technology sector was instrumental in forming the development of IT security solutions now used by
more than 70% of large enterprises worldwide.
Blake J. Williamson, MD, MS, FACPE

Blake brings more than 20 years of leadership experience managing teams in integrated health systems, managed care organizations,
physician practices, and health care consulting. During his nine years as an executive at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City, he launched
the health plan’s patient-centered medical home project and designed the plan’s advanced payment model contracts.
Understanding all sides of the insurance-hospital-physician link, he helps organizations understand and manage the risk of populations and
create the infrastructure to carry employers, health systems and payers successfully into the future.
David Ehrenberger, MD

David has practiced family medicine since 1987, most recently at a Level III NCQA Recognized Medical Home where he worked for 17
years. Before joining HealthTeamWorks as Chief Medical Officer, he served in the role of CMO at Avista Adventist Hospital in Louisville,
Colorado, and as Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Physician Network, a 240 provider Accountable Care Organization.
Kristi Bohling-DaMetz, RN, BSN, MBA

Kristi specializes in health care delivery transformation with more than 20 years of healthcare delivery, adult learning, workforce
development, and performance improvement experience. She began her professional career as an RN in hospital and ambulatory settings
and then transitioned into continuing education—specializing in community engagement as well as business and industry training.
