I am excited to share with you our expanded workforce development trainings and workshops. Over the past few months, our training team has been busy not only providing a series of trainings, but they have also been cooking up exciting new offerings for 2018.

Starting with our first workforce development training in 2010, we have since worked with over 1,000 healthcare professionals, and trained 200+ facilitators and coaches while also delivering customized curriculum to client sites across the country. This year, we are proud to announce that we are expanding our training offerings to five states: Delaware, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Colorado. We are expanding our reach by formalizing additional training partnerships and offering courses to healthcare organizations and care teams. Meanwhile, we are also developing additional courses to be rolled out in 2018.

Our task remains the same: We know that attracting and retaining a talented workforce is becoming more challenging in our ever-changing healthcare environment, impacting margins, and the ability to meet your goals.

Our goals are simple: We are committed to creating high performing, highly engaged individuals, teams, and communities. We do this by leveraging our extensive experience of continuous improvement to help teams develop the competencies needed to address the adaptive challenges associated with healthcare transformation.

Many of you have worked with us and followed our journey for a number of years. Thank you for your ongoing support, engagement, and trust in our work and our team.

In health,

Bert Miuccio
