Dr. Brody is currently the Chief Medical Officer of Connetix Health, a start up health technology company that is developing virtual integrated care and chronic disease management programs. Prior to this Dave was the Chief Medical Officer for the Colorado Community Health Alliance, an organization that oversees the healthcare of more than 130,000 Medicaid recipients and the Medical Director of Denver Health’s Managed Care Plans. He has also been a Professor of Medicine at The University of Colorado, School of Medicine. Prior to his leadership role at Denver Health, Dave spent most of his career in academic medicine in Philadelphia where he was the Chief of General Internal Medicine at Drexel University School of Medicine and at Temple University School of Medicine. His research on managing mental health problems in the primary care setting has been funded by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Henry J. Kaiser Foundation, and the Colorado Health Foundation, among others.

Dave has presented his innovative population health management programs at the following conferences: The World Congress' 8th Annual Leadership Summit on Medicaid Managed Care, Behavioral Health Management for Commercial and Medicaid Health Plans, The Dual Eligible Congress, The American Hospital Association National Symposium on Leading and Governing Healthcare Organizations, America’s Health Insurance Plans' Medicare Conference, The Medicare Advantage Congress, The Accountable Care Organization Summit, The Association for Community Affiliated Plans' Annual Quality Meeting and Building Bridges: A Conference Sponsored by America’s Health Insurance Plans and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.

Dr. Brody received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the Board of Directors at HealthTeamWorks.
