Jennifer has over seven years of experience managing the data and quality programs for a primary care clinic. She provided the infrastructure for tracking and reporting progress on quality improvement projects and grant-related clinical quality measures, including compliance of public health initiatives and disease prevention programs. Jennifer facilitated a culture of continuous quality improvement by implementing and analyzing a survey for patients and employees. She was the project management lead for practice transformation initiatives which included projects such as Patient-Centered Medical Home, Team-Based Care, and the State Innovation Model. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
