With more than 25 years of combined experience in healthcare delivery, community development, training and performance improvement, Ms. Bohling-DaMetz is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at HealthTeamWorks. Prior to becoming CEO she served as Chief Strategy Officer driving innovation and strategic focus for this healthcare performance improvement organization.
Before joining HealthTeamWorks, Ms. Bohling-DaMetz worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a subject matter expert for the Data Support and Feedback Reporting contract on CMS’ Transforming Clinical Practices Initiative (TCPI), and teamed to research and refine health-related social needs screening questions in preparation for CMS’ Accountable Health Communities (AHC) Model Technical Expert Panel (TEP).
As a leader at TransforMED, a subsidiary of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), Ms. Bohling-DaMetz served as Program Director for the CMS/CMMI Patient-Centered Medical Neighborhood Health Care Innovation Award. She led a team of Project Managers, Consultants, Practice Coach Facilitators, and Training and Development Managers to improve outcomes related to quality, cost savings, patient experience, and scalability across 15 health systems and communities. In that role, she also championed the implementation of population health management, actionable data and data-informed decisions, clinical integration, evidence-based guidelines and protocols, risk-stratified care management, process efficiencies and the development of medical neighborhoods and community collaboration.
Ms. Bohling-DaMetz received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Wichita State University and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Friends University.
