Leslie Ruprecht, MA, BSN, RN, HWNC-BC, HNB-BC

Leslie Ruprecht is the care coordination manager at Boulder Community Health in Boulder, Colorado.  She supervises 11 RN care managers and three care coordinators who cover BCH’s 10 primary care clinics and 60 primary care providers.  Prior to her supervisory role, Leslie was an RN care manager at BCH and later served as a transitional care nurse for Boulder Community Hospital. Her diverse nursing background includes neurosurgical ICU, endoscopy, and pre/post-operative care, as well as clinical research, regulatory affairs, and risk management at a large medical device corporation.  Leslie is a graduate of Rush University College of Nursing and is board certified as both a health and wellness nurse coach and a holistic nurse.  She also has a bachelor’s in accounting from Mississippi State University and master’s in social sciences from the University of Chicago.
