REFUND POLICY & TERM/TERMINATION OF MONTHLY SERVICE AGREEMENT (SUBSCRIPTION)


Refunds will not be provided for training services.  HealthTeamWorks does not accept returns for online subscription services. Upon cancellation, the subscription will run to the end of the subscription period. The subscription will not be pro-rated or refunded. All sales are final since the data delivered by HealthTeamWorks cannot be returned once access is granted.  

We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing that are canceled prior to the end of the subscription term.  In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to documents until the end of your membership term/year.
