We equip care teams with the knowledge and resources to confidently lead change, work collaboratively, and improve performance.
Participants often report feeling a renewed sense of community; that they’re not alone in the challenges they face daily. They've built a peer network for problem solving and best practice sharing.
Our programs instill the confidence and competence that allows participants to reach their full potential and visibly contribute to the success of the organization.
Through activity based programs, attendees immediately apply learnings, test tools and resources, and develop strategies for real world application.
Our training team has over 30 years combined experience in developing and delivering workforce development training to advance the skills and competencies of our participants.
Our body of knowledge and experience includes quality improvement coaching, practice facilitation, social work, behavioral health, care management, leadership coaching and development, and organizational change.
Team members have certifications in Change Style Indicator, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Gallup Strengths coaching, as well as training in Instructional Design, training delivery, and coaching from the Association for Talent Development, LEAN process improvement from Johns Hopkins, and leadership coaching from the International Coach Federation.
