Stephanie Plumb-Maxwell, RHIA, MBA

Stephanie has 18 years of healthcare operations and management experience. She leverages that knowledge and experience gained through multiple Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) transformation projects, practice management, billing revenue cycle management, process alignment and improvement, data review, and regulatory compliance knowledge as an active member in multi-disciplinary teams. Before joining HealthTeamWorks, Stephanie was a Centers of Excellence Consultant at TransforMED. Prior to that experience, she worked as a program manager in behavioral health evaluating process improvement initiatives, key performance indicators, review of data sets, and development of work plans for collaborative care implementation. She received her B.S. in Health Information Management from East Carolina University and her MBA from Baker University.
