Carlee Rosen

Carlee is an accomplished leader in community health with a proven talent in leading successful multi-sector collective impact initiatives. In her most recent position as Director of Community Health Development at the North Colorado Health Alliance, Carlee provided strategic leadership for nine regional and statewide health programs. Over the course of her career, Carlee has launched innovative data dashboard programs, lead the development and implementation of community health improvement plans, and established and managed a collaborative network of over 70 partner organizations. Carlee brings a wealth of professional experience to HealthTeamWorks in project management, partnerships and collaboration, and strategic planning. Carlee received her Master’s Degree in Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health, and her BA in Communication Studies from Clemson University.
