Dr. Elizabeth (Cissy) Kraft is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician and is the Regional VP Senior Clinical Officer for Anthem Colorado. Her direct responsibilities include clinical quality, network provider liaison, cost of care and public relations. She has been with Anthem for over eight years. She was a key contributor for the Colorado multi-payer PCMH pilot; the program outcomes were published in Health Affairs September 2012. She has been an NCQA accreditation surveyor since 1996, has served as faculty for NCQA, is an NCQA certified recognition program reviewer and is currently serving as chair of the Recognition Program ROC. She also is the immediate past Board President of HealthTeamWorks (www.healthteamworks.org), an organization which assists clinicians with practice transformation. She is on the Boards of the Colorado Prevention Alliance, CAFP Foundation and CPEP (Colorado Personalized Education for Physicians), a nonprofit organization which provides competence assessments and educational re-entry programs for clinicians.
