Todd Welter, MS, CPC

Mr. Welter is founder and President of R.T. Welter and Associates, Inc. and Advanced Medical Revenue Specialists (medical billing service).  He has over 25 years of professional experience in the health care industry assisting physicians and other providers, practices, hospitals, rural health clinics, public health departments, and Title X clinics with the business side of medicine.  Mr. Welter’s main focus is increase revenues and profitability through coding and documentation audits and provider training, strategic planning, revenue cycle management, credentialing and managed care contracting and negotiations.  Mr. Welter is a certified professional coder (AAPC) and earned a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.  In addition, Mr. Welter holds an affiliate faculty appointment at Regis University in the School for Professional Studies and a faculty appointment at the University of Denver where he teaches Macro-Economics in healthcare and Innovative Strategies and Change.
